United Airlines take on customer service: “Computer says no.”
Now stuck at a dinky airport in Colorado. Amazing.
The “best” part of this United fiasco is that I’ve been in-line 2h to talk to a supervisor about why they unpromised us a hotel room.
Also, because it wasn’t a mechanical problem won’t give us a meal voucher or hotel room. Terrible customer service, #united #airlines.
We missed our connecting flight in DC due to, what #united calls, “gate confusion. United rebooked us on a flight 12 h later.
Delayed in a hot Philadelphia airport.
Going to see Obits at the Bell House in Brooklyn.
